Do I need to be eligible for Instant Payouts?
Yes, eligibility for Instant Payouts is based on your account history and processing volume. New accounts may not immediately have access to this feature.
Can I get a refund on the Instant Payout fee?
The Instant Payout fee is non-refundable once the payout has been initiated, as it covers the cost of expedited processing.
What happens if my Instant Payout fails?
If your Instant Payout fails, the funds will be credited back to your upcoming payouts. You can try again or contact our support team for assistance in resolving any issues.
Is there a limit to how many Instant Payouts I can make?
Yes, you can make up to 10 Instant Payouts per day, subject to the maximum amount available in your account.
Can I request Instant Payouts to a different bank account?
No. Instant Payouts can only be processed to the account connected to your ScanPay account for payouts.
Which bank accounts can receive Instant Payouts?
Most major banks support Instant Payouts. Your bank account must be verified in your ScanPay account before you can use this feature.
How do I initiate an Instant Payout?
To receive an Instant Payout:
- Log into your ScanPay dashboard
- Look for the "Instant Payouts" section on your balance page
- Click the "Pay out" button
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw (up to your available limit)
- Confirm the transaction
Why is my Instant Payout amount less than my Upcoming balance?
The available amount for Instant Payouts reflects:
- The 1.5% fee that applies to Instant Payouts
- Any account-specific limits based on your processing history and account status
Is there a limit to how much I can withdraw with Instant Payouts?
Yes, there is a maximum amount you can withdraw using Instant Payouts. This amount is displayed as "Available" on your Instant Payouts section in your ScanPay dashboard. This limit is based on your processed payments and account status.
How quickly will I receive my funds with Instant Payouts?
Funds typically arrive in your bank account within 30 minutes of initiating an Instant Payout. Instant Payouts are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
Is the Instant Payout fee in addition to my regular processing fees?
Yes, the 1.5% Instant Payout fee is separate from and in addition to your standard payment processing fees. It only applies when you choose to use the Instant Payout option.
How much does it cost to use Instant Payouts?
ScanPay charges a 1.5% fee on the amount you choose to pay out instantly, with a minimum fee of $5. For example, if you request an Instant Payout of $500, the fee would be $7.50.
